The Special Adviser to the Governor of Cross River State on Asset Management and Recovery, Barr. Gilbert Agbor, has extended warm birthday felicitations to the Wife of the Governor, Bishop Eyoanwan Bassey Otu, describing her as a symbol of compassion and selfless service.
