C’River Health Commissioner Felicitates with Chief Ironbar on Birthday, Hails Leadership Role in Governance

The Commissioner for Health, Cross River State, Dr. Henry Egbe Ayuk, has congratulated the Chief of Staff to the Governor of Cross River State, Chief Emmanuel Ironbar, on the occasion of his birthday, describing him as a disciplined administrator and a vital pillar in the state’s governance structure.

In a goodwill message, Dr. Ayuk commended the celebrant for his consistent dedication to duty and his role in ensuring effective coordination within the machinery of government.
