Cross River State Governor, Senator Bassey Otu, has taken delivery of two new aircraft as part of his administration’s commitment to revitalizing the state’s aviation sector and boosting regional connectivity.
The aircraft were received at the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport, Abuja, Thursday, where Governor Otu, accompanied by top government officials and dignitaries, described the acquisition as a major milestone in addressing the persistent challenges of flight delays and cancellations affecting travelers to and from Cross River.
According to the Governor, the initiative is in line with his administration’s broader vision to strengthen infrastructure, promote tourism, and attract investment into the state.
