The Honourable Commissioner for Water Resources, Cross River State, Dr. Moses John Osogi, has extended warm congratulations and heartfelt birthday wishes to the Governor of Cross River State, His Excellency, Apostle Senator Prince Bassey Edet Otu, PNIPR, on the occasion of his 67th birthday Anniversary.
In a goodwill message commemorating the milestone, Dr. Osogi described Governor Otu as a visionary leader, a statesman, and a committed servant of the people, whose dedication to the progress and development of Cross River State continues to inspire hope and confidence among citizens.
The Water Resources Commissioner offered prayers for God's continued guidance, wisdom, strength, and good health upon the Governor as he continues to steer the affairs of the State with humility, compassion, and purpose.

Dr. Osogi further commended the Governor's commitment to sustainable development, infrastructure renewal, and the improvement of the welfare of Cross Riverians, noting that his administration has continued to lay a solid foundation for greater prosperity across the State.
On behalf of the Ministry of Water Resources, Management, and Saff, the Commissioner wished Governor Otu a joyous and memorable 67th birthday celebration, praying for many more years of impactful leadership and service to humanity.
