The Cross River State Coordinator of the Renewed Hope Ambassadors, Ambassador Soni Abang, has celebrated his younger brother and Chief of Protocol to the Governor of Cross River State, Hon. Sylvester Otu Abang, on the occasion of his birthday, describing him as a model of “excellence without noise.”
