The Governor of Cross River State, Senator Bassey Otu has appointed six each (12) into the Governing Councils in the College of Nursing Sciences, Calabar, and Obudu, respectively.
In a press release signed and made available by the Secretary to the State Government, Professor Anthony Owan Enoh with reference number SSG/GSA/102/VOL.VI/228 and dated October 20th, 2023.
He said the appointments are with immediate effect.
“His Excellency, Senator Prince Bassey Edet Otu, Governor of Cross River State, has approved the appointment of the under-listed persons into the Governing Councils in the College of Nursing Sciences, Calabar and Obudu, respectively.”
In the College of Nursing Sciences Calabar, those appointed include “Dr. (Mrs.) Josephine Fidelis Ogana, Barr. (Mrs.) Elizabeth Esien Oku, Dr. (Mrs.) Mary Manyo Ojong, Mrs. Alice Adung Akwaji, Dr. (Pharm) Eyo Eyo Nsa and Mrs. Ekanem Philip Ekpo.”
The College of Nursing Sciences Obudu has “Elder (Dr.) Ita Ekpeme, Mr. Paul Njagu, Mrs. Angela Paul Oko, Mrs. Catherine Ella, Mrs. Elizabeth Ugbong and Utsu Patrick Ishioja.”
