The Governor of Cross River State, Sen. Bassey Otu has directed the documentation of newly appointed permanent secretaries in the state.
This was contained in a back-dated dated press release signed by the Secretary to the State Government Prof. A. Owan Enoh, dated 2nd April, 2024 with reference number: SSG/GSA/102/VOL. VI/33.
He said all the newly appointed Permanent Secretaries are to proceed to the office of the SSG for proper documentation.
The exercise has been scheduled for September 26, 2024, at the temporary office of the Secretary to the State Government, Presidential Lodge in Calabar by 11:AM.
The release reads “His Excellency, Senator Prince Bassey Edet Otu, Governor of Cross River State, has directed the documentation of all newly appointed Permanent Secretaries by the Office of the Secretary to the State Government.
“Consequently, all newly appointed Permanent Secretaries should proceed to the Office of the Secretary to the State Government for documentation.
“The exercise is slated for Thursday, 26th September 2024 at the temporary office of the Secretary to the State Government, Presidential Lodge, Calabar at 11 AM.”
