Hon. Emmanuel Ironbar’s Honorary Doctorate C’River Health Commissioner Hails Gov Otu’s CoS, Ironbar, on Prestigious Honorary Doctorate

The Cross River State Commissioner for Health, Dr. Henry Egbe Ayuk, has extended warm and heartfelt congratulations to the Chief of Staff to the Governor, Hon. Emmanuel Ironbar, on his conferment with an Honorary Doctorate Degree in Public Policy and Administration by the globally renowned Crown University of Delaware, USA.

The high-profile investiture ceremony took place on Saturday, July 26, 2025, at the University of Lagos, attracting dignitaries, policy leaders, and public service professionals from across the country and beyond.

In a statement released through the Ministry of Health in Calabar, Dr. Ayuk described the recognition as “a richly deserved honour that celebrates a life of purpose, discipline, and administrative brilliance.”
