The Executive Chairman of Obudu Local Government Area, Hon. (Amb.) Peter Akonfe Undiandeye, KSM, has once again reaffirmed his administration’s steadfast commitment to sustainable development, peace, and the equitable distribution of democratic dividends across all communities in Obudu LGA.
In his goodwill message to mark the beginning of the month of November, Hon. Undiandeye expressed heartfelt appreciation to the people of Obudu for their unwavering support, unity, and resilience throughout the year. He noted that his administration remains focused on implementing people-oriented policies and projects that enhance livelihoods and promote inclusive growth.
“I remain resolute in my dedication to fostering development, strengthening peace, and ensuring that the dividends of democracy reach every household in Obudu. My administration will continue to uphold transparency, accountability, and people-centered governance,” he stated.
The Chairman further highlighted the council’s ongoing developmental efforts in infrastructure renewal, youth and women empowerment, agricultural support, education, and community security through sustained collaboration with traditional and community leaders.
Hon. Undiandeye urged residents to remain law-abiding, united, and optimistic, emphasizing that collective progress is only achievable in an environment of peace and cooperation.
“As we begin a new month, I call on all sons and daughters of Obudu to stay hopeful and continue supporting the government’s vision for a greater Obudu. Together, we will keep advancing the course of progress and prosperity,” he added.
The Chairman extended his warm wishes to all residents for a fruitful and peaceful month of November, reaffirming his administration’s commitment to continuous service and sustainable development.
