The Chairman of Obudu Local Government Council, Hon. Dr. Peter Akonfe Undiandeye, KSM, has extended warm birthday felicitations to the Wife of the Governor of Cross River State, Her Excellency, Bishop (Dr.) Eyoanwan Bassey Otu, on the occasion of her birthday.
