The Executive Chairman of Obudu Local Government Council, Hon. (Amb.) Peter Akonfe Undiandeye, KSM, has extended warm birthday wishes to Mr. Patrick Ogar, former Commissioner for Information in Cross River State, as he marks another year.
Hon. Undiandeye described Mr. Ogar as a dedicated public servant whose contributions to the state’s development remain commendable. He lauded the former commissioner’s professionalism, integrity, and commitment to effective information management during his time in office.
The council chairman prayed for continued blessings, good health, and greater accomplishments for Mr. Ogar, noting that his impact continues to inspire many within and beyond the state.
He wished him a happy birthday and many more fruitful years.
