The Executive Chairman of Obudu Local Government Council, Hon. Dr. Peter Akonfe Undiandeye, KSM, has reiterated the Council’s commitment to strengthening collaboration with security agencies to sustain peace, security, and development across the local government area.
The assurance came during a courtesy visit by the Cross River State Commandant of the Nigerian Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC), CC Okarazu CE., who arrived at the Council Secretariat in Obudu with members of his team. The Commandant was received on behalf of the Chairman by the Secretary of Council alongside other members of the Executive Council.
The State Commandant was accompanied on the visit by members of his team including Area Commander ACC Okey Vincent, Head of Technical DCC Michael Adebiyi, Divisional Officer CSC Ajah Omini, and the Command Public Relations Officer SC Iyeme Kinini.
