(Amb) Peter Akonfe Undiandeye, has extended heartfelt greetings to all fathers and father-figures, recognizing their immense contributions to family and society. In a statement released on Sunday, the Chairman applauded the resilience, sacrifices, and unwavering dedication of fathers who continue to uphold their responsibilities despite the growing challenges of modern-day parenting. “To all devoted fathers and father-figures who continue to hold the fort, despite the many responsibilities and challenges that come with fatherhood, I extend my deepest gratitude,” he said. Undiandeye noted that Father's Day is a special opportunity to acknowledge not only biological fathers but also those who step in as father-figures, providing love, protection, guidance, and stability in the lives of many. “Today, we honour and celebrate your unwavering commitment, your sacrifices, and the vital roles you play in shaping homes, communities, and society at large,” the statement continued.
