The Executive Chairman of Obudu Local Government Area, Hon. (Amb.) Peter Akonfe Undiandeye, KSM, today joined his counterparts, state officials, and other political appointees to honour the Deputy Chief of Staff to the Governor of Cross River State, Hon. Chief Boniface Okache during his Chieftaincy Coronation Ceremony held in Yala Local Government Area.
Hon. Undiandeye, who arrived in the company of other dignitaries, commended the honour bestowed upon the Deputy Chief of Staff, describing it as a well-deserved recognition of service, loyalty, and commitment to community and governance.
The event, attended by top government functionaries, traditional rulers, and political stakeholders, was marked by colourful cultural displays, solidarity visits, and expressions of goodwill from across the state.
In his words, Hon. Undiandeye reaffirmed his commitment to promoting unity and mutual respect among leaders across the state, adding that such recognitions strengthen the bond between traditional institutions and the government.
The Obudu Council Chairman’s presence further underlined the growing spirit of collaboration among local government administrators and appointees in Cross River State.
