C’River Lawmaker Appointed RTIFN Youth Director, Urges Support for Tinubu, Otu

The Member representing Yakurr I State Constituency in the Cross River State House of Assembly, Hon. (Obol) Cyril Omini, has expressed gratitude following his appointment as the Cross River State Director of Youth Mobilization for the progressive group Relax Tinubu Is Fixing Nigeria (RTIFN).

In a statement posted on his official Facebook page, @cyriljamesomini, Hon. Omini thanked the Founder-in-Chief of RTIFN, Barr. Seyi Tinubu, the National Coordinator, Hon. Ahmed Bala, and the State Coordinator, Engr. Anjor Obande, describing the appointment as “a call to greater service and responsibility.”

“Pleased to announce my appointment as the Cross River State Director of Youth Mobilization for RTIFN. We’ve moved from promises to progress, and now it’s about action. To the youth of Cross River State, this is our chance to be part of the solution,” he stated.

Hon. Omini emphasized that youth participation is crucial for sustainable development, noting that young people represent a vital demographic whose energy and innovation must be harnessed for the advancement of both Cross River State and Nigeria at large.

He assured that his leadership would prioritize inclusivity, grassroots engagement, and opportunities for youths to contribute meaningfully to governance and policy discourse. He also called on youths across the state to continue supporting the Federal Government under President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and the Cross River State administration led by Governor Bassey Otu, stressing that unity and cooperation are key to delivering the dividends of democracy beyond 2027.
