Governor Bassey Otu has announced the appointment of a new governing council for the Cross River State College of Health Technology (COTECH) in Calabar. The newly constituted council is led by Dr. Samuel Ernest Urom as Chairman, along with other prominent members including Dr. Cyprain Ntamu Ochiche. Governor Otu’s appointments are expected to strengthen the governance of the institution, with immediate effect, ensuring continued progress in health education in the state.
