Cross River State House of Assembly Speaker, Rt. Hon. Elvert Ayambem has felicitated the Governor of Cross River State, Sen. Bassey Otu on his 65th birthday.
The speaker in his felicitation message said Governor Otu has demonstrated a clear vision for a prosperous Cross River and the legislature has taken pride in partnering with him to actualize the vision.
Ayambem prayed for the new chapter of his life to be filled with abundant grace, wisdom, and continued courage to lead the state to greater heights.
