The Chairman of Obudu Local Government Council, Hon. Dr. Peter Akonfe Undiandeye, KSM, has warmly felicitated his elder brother and Chief of Defence Intelligence, Lieutenant General Emmanuel Akomaye Parker Undiandeye, describing him as a distinguished soldier, patriot and an enduring source of pride to the Undiandeye family, Obudu, Cross River State and Nigeria.
In a heartfelt birthday message, the Council Chairman celebrated Lt. Gen. Undiandeye’s remarkable journey and distinguished military career, describing his rise from Obudu to one of the highest levels of Nigeria’s defence and intelligence architecture as a testament to discipline, courage, intellectual excellence, perseverance and an unwavering commitment to duty.
Dr. Undiandeye noted that beyond his accomplishments as a senior military officer and the nation’s Chief of Defence Intelligence, his elder brother has remained a source of inspiration to the family and younger generations, demonstrating through his life that humility, hard work, integrity and dedication can lead to exceptional heights.
He particularly expressed pride in Lt. Gen. Undiandeye’s historic achievements in the Nigerian Armed Forces, including his elevation to the rank of Lieutenant General and his distinguished service as Chief of Defence Intelligence.
