The Executive Chairman of Obudu Local Government Area, Hon. Dr. Peter Akonfe Undiandeye, KSM, has extended warm felicitations to a prominent political leader from Yala Local Government Area, Higgins Peter, on the occasion of his 61st birthday anniversary.
In a goodwill message personally signed by the Council Chairman on Tuesday, he described High Chief Higgins Peters - founder and Chief Executive Officer of OPAL Group- as a visionary leader whose influence and contributions have continued to shape the political and socio-economic landscape of Cross River North and Cross River State at large.
Undiandeye lauded the celebrant, popularly regarded as the “Natural Leader of Cross River North,” for his unwavering commitment to grassroots development, mentorship, and the promotion of unity across Local Government Areas in the northern senatorial district of the state.
He noted that Higgins Peters’s humanitarian disposition, marked by humility and inclusiveness, has earned him widespread respect and admiration beyond his local government area.
The Obudu Council helmsman further prayed for good health, longevity, and greater accomplishments for the celebrant, expressing confidence that his legacy of service will continue to inspire future generations.
